The Stretch-Tite Wrap’N Snap™ is compact, locks neatly closed and can be placed on counter tops or mounted and also fits easily in drawers, cupboards or the pantry. To operate, place on counter and open lid, grasp Stretch-Tite® with one or two hands and pull to desired length. Simply close the lid and the Stretch-Tite® will be evenly cut.
